Every project is different & we work with our clients to build the most beneficial quote off the back of thorough scoping.
We have found that fixed quotes for delivery with a variable “maintenance” or “use” component works well. Please contact us for a free scoping meeting & assessment.
03. m&a / initial public offering
Due to the complexity, time constraints & nature of deliverables regarding M&A and IPO engagements we charge a fixed rate per hour. We are however open to working with clients on a more bespoke contract where necessary.

Yes, we typically outsource bookkeeping, compliance, tax, statutory reporting & legal’s. We either work with our network of service providers or the clients preferred choice in delivering our service.

We operate in almost any geography. We have full remote capability but if the client needs onsite presence this can be arranged on a regular basis in the UAE, bimonthly in the UK/EU & quarterly/half yearly in other jurisdictions.
